Connor Sandison has over four years of recruitment experience, including the last 18 months specialising in the Renewable Energy sector. He provides 360° recruitment services across Environmental Services, supporting clients and candidates within Ecology, EIA, Project Management and Ornithology.
Prior to this, Connor worked across the Civil and Structural Engineering market throughout Scotland and Ireland, giving him a strong understanding of technical recruitment and specialist talent markets. He takes a relationship-driven approach to recruitment, working closely with clients to identify the right talent and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
