Iain joined Eden Scott in 2019 and leads our Property & Construction and Renewable Energy business units. Iain and his team have a strong track record of delivering technical appointments throughout the sectors, working at all stages of major infrastructure projects, from design, build and asset management.
Iain works extensively across the public and private sectors, supporting in-house teams, project management consultancies, engineering & design houses, contractors and all of the associated supply chain partners feeding into major projects.
With over 20 years’ experience, he has developed a strong network of industry related professionals throughout Scotland. Iain’s track record within the sectors is excellent, not just in filling positions but also in creating and managing a process that provides a very positive experience for clients and candidates.
In addition, Iain sits as a Management Committee member for East Lothian Housing Association, a charity and registered social landlord founded in 1988 with the aim of providing good quality affordable housing within East Lothian. Iain also serves on the Audit and Assurance Sub Committee.
