Over the last 15 years, she has worked closely with clients to develop and run assessment centres for Director and CEO level candidates, assessment centres reflect the challenges of the role and are designed exclusively to assess key competencies and values.
Michelle is a qualified practitioner across a variety of Psychometric tools.
