He started his recruitment career in January 2018 and has given it his all ever since to learn as much as possible about his clients, candidates, and the technology sector whilst never forgetting that recruitment is (& should remain) a deeply people-centric endeavour.

Over his career, William has placed candidates with around 40 different clients – from tiny start-ups to globally recognisable brand names.

His main specialisms are software development & testing alongside cloud, infrastructure & devops engineering.

However, he has also worked on a wide range of roles spanning many IT verticals; everything from data, cybersecurity, product, & even tech sales.

Professionally he loves learning about what makes both businesses & people tick; and tailoring solutions for partners.  

Personally he loves football, video games, travelling & pretending he’s cultured by trying anything new.
