With around 8,500 dedicated staff, the organisation is committed to helping the people of Fife live longer, healthier lives, guided by values of care, compassion, dignity, respect, honesty and teamwork.
What sets NHS Fife apart is its strong sense of partnership. Working closely with Fife Council, local health and social care services, voluntary organisations and the wider community, the board delivers integrated, patient-focused care.
NHS Fife is also Scotland’s first University Health Board in more than 50 years, thanks to its collaboration with the University of St Andrews.
