HR Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Dalkeith, Midlothian | Immediate Start | Contract until end of August
Eden Scott is delighted to be recruiting a temporary HR Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dalkeith, Midlothian. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional looking for an immediate start on a temporary contract running until the end of August.
Reporting to the Finance & Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, ensuring employee records, systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating matters where appropriate
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new starters and leavers
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Track employee holidays and absence
- Collate and input payroll information accurately and on time
- Provide general day-to-day HR administrative support across the business
- Help ensure HR systems and processes run smoothly and effectively
About You
- Previous HR administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
