Production Operative

Edinburgh | 12-Hour Shifts covering a 7 day operation

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility in Edinburgh. This is a varied role supporting production, packing, warehouse, quality, and site operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse, hygiene, and general site operations.
• Complete quality and food safety checks.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Assist with weighbridge and basic laboratory duties.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support housekeeping and clean-as-you-go standards.

Requirements:

• Experience within a production, manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse environment.
• Strong team-working and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• FLT licence beneficial but not essential.
