Salesforce Data Entry Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
Hours: Approx. 1 day's work, with flexibility to complete over several sessions or days

A well-respected charity is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Entry Administrator to provide short-term support in clearing a backlog of data entry work following the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM system.
This opportunity would suit someone with previous Salesforce experience who is comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail and can quickly become productive with minimal supervision.
About the Organisation
The organisation is a charity dedicated to making a positive impact within the community. Having recently introduced Salesforce, the team is in the process of becoming familiar with the new system and requires additional support to ensure important information is uploaded accurately and efficiently.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility around how and when the work is completed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Transferring data from spreadsheets and forms into Salesforce CRM
- Creating and updating records accurately within the database
- Reviewing data to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy
- Supporting the clearance of a backlog of outstanding records
- Maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity
- Identifying and resolving basic data discrepancies where required
- Working independently to complete tasks within agreed timescales
What You'll Bring
