As a Private Client Administrator, you will support the administration of private client investment portfolios, ensuring a consistently high standard of service is delivered to clients, intermediaries, and colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, supporting regulatory requirements, and contributing to operational improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of private client administration activities, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained.
- Liaise with clients, agents, advisers, and internal departments to resolve queries and provide timely support.
- Check and distribute quarterly client valuations and annual suitability review documentation.
- Validate and process security and cash transfers within client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support business and regulatory projects, helping to implement process improvements and change initiatives.
- Contribute to risk management activities and continuous improvement programmes.
- Assist with data quality management, reporting, and operational efficiencies across the administration function.

Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, investments, wealth management, pensions, banking, or professional services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Confidence learning and using new systems and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- High levels of integrity and a commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes.
