As demand for skilled engineers continues to rise across advanced manufacturing, automation, electronics, robotics and industrial technology, we are growing our Engineering team and are looking for recruiters who want to build long term market expertise, not just fill roles.

The Opportunity

We are open to recruitment consultants at all levels, including experienced recruiters seeking to specialise in engineering, as well as motivated consultants from other sectors who want to transition into a technically rich market.

Depending on your experience, you will:

• Build and develop client relationships within manufacturing and engineering
• Recruit for roles across mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation and process engineering
• Work with businesses investing in innovation, productivity and digital manufacturing
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to successful placement
• Develop deep technical and sector knowledge supported by experienced colleagues
• Grow a sustainable desk with a clear progression path
