In this role, you will be part of a 24/5 global support operation, delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for customers worldwide. This is an office-based position where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are key.

What You will Do

  • Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
  • Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.

Your experience

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11Microsoft 365Active Directory, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD and Intune.
  • Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
  • Desirable certifications: CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL Foundation v4.
