Senior Salesforce Analyst

We’re working with a fast-growth fintech organisation looking for a Salesforce Senior Analyst to support the ongoing development of its enterprise Salesforce platform. The Analyst role leans into solution design, business process analysis, data modelling, proof-of-concept builds, and translating requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

You’ll own solution design from discovery through delivery, contribute to high-quality Salesforce architecture across declarative and programmatic automation, and help drive continuous improvement through modern practices, including AI-assisted development. The role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously in an agile environment and enjoys turning ambiguity into practical outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years’ experience in Salesforce analysis, development or solution design
• Strong experience using Salesforce automation tools (Flow, declarative) and best practices
• Hands on experience with AI coding assistants and reviewing AI generated outputs
• Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear designs
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Analytical, adaptable problem solver comfortable working with ambiguity
• Experience supporting user adoption and continuous improvement
• Lightning Component experience beneficial
