Since 2006, our Renewable Energy team has been at the heart of Scotland’s energy transition, supporting clients across wind, solar, hydro, battery storage, energy from waste and emerging technologies.

As demand accelerates and investment continues to flow into the sector, we are growing our Renewable Energy recruitment team and are looking for ambitious recruiters who want to build a meaningful, long term career in a market that genuinely matters.

The Opportunity

We are open to consultants at all levels, from experienced recruiters looking to specialise in renewable energy, to those earlier in their recruitment career who are motivated, commercially minded and keen to learn a highly technical market.
Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build and manage client relationships across the renewable energy sector
• Recruit for specialist roles across development, engineering, planning and operations
• Develop deep market expertise in a fast growing, future facing industry
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer and placement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Eden Scott to maximise opportunities
• Grow your personal brand as a trusted consultant in renewable energy
