Manager | Business Recovery & Insolvency 

The role is varied, and responsibilities include:

Engagement Leadership

  • Lead a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases from planning through to closure
  • Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and overall delivery
  • Manage case strategy in collaboration with Partners
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, directors, creditors, and advisors
  • Build strong, trusted relationships and provide clear, commercially focused advice
    Lead meetings and manage stakeholder expectations effectively    


Technical & Financial Delivery

  • Oversee and review financial analysis, reporting, and statutory documentation
  • Apply insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements with confidence
  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all workstreams

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and develop junior team members
  • Review work, provide feedback, and support progression
  • Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative team culture

Business Development

  • Support and contribute to business development activity
  • Build your professional network and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support Partners in strengthening the firm’s market presence

Quality & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating where appropriate
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and delivery
