An established and forward-thinking wealth management business is seeking a motivated financial services professional ready to step into an advisory role,or an experienced adviser looking to move into a largely remote role with their diary filled with reviews. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to move into advising, or an experienced client-facing individual who has already completed (or is close to completing) their professional exams.

You will work with an existing client base, providing clear, tailored financial guidance across a broad range of planning needs. For those still consolidating their advisory experience, full support towards achieving and maintaining Competent Adviser Status (CAS) will be provided.

- Deliver clear, compliant and well-balanced financial advice across pensions, investments and protection
- Build lasting relationships through ongoing client reviews and communication

- Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to produce high-quality client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and uphold internal compliance and best practice standards
- Continue professional development to strengthen technical knowledge and advisory capability
About You
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion)
- Experience within a financial planning, paraplanning or client-facing role in wealth management
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients
- A client-centric mindset with a genuine interest in delivering positive outcomes
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your time effectively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of pensions and investment products (Defined Benefit experience advantageous but not essential)
What’s on Offer
- Pre-arranged client appointments with a consistently filled diary
- Full paraplanning and administrative support
- Structured pathway to achieving Competent Adviser Status
- Flexible, predominantly home-based working model
- Access to a Glasgow office for collaboration and team engagement
- Ongoing training, CPD and career development
